Omega 3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are found in 🐋fish oil.
The body needs omega-3 fatty acids to perform many functions, from muscle activity to cell growth.
Omega-3 fatty acids are derived from foods. It cannot be formed in the body. Fish oil contains two types of omega-3;
They are docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acids.
Research has shown that using fish oil helps treat some health conditions, including:
🧠 Fish oil pills are currently being used to obtain its benefits for mental health. One of the benefits of fish oil for the brain is that it helps reduce and treat many mental and psychological disorders, such as:

❤️Heart disease. While research shows that people who take fish oil supplements at least twice a week are less likely to die from heart disease, taking fish oil supplements appears to have limited or no benefits for heart health.

There also appears to be little improvement in high-density lipoprotein (“HDL” or “good”) cholesterol, although an increase in low-density lipoprotein (“LDL” or “bad”) cholesterol levels is also observed.
🦵💪Rheumatoid arthritis. Studies suggest that fish oil supplements may help relieve pain, improve morning stiffness and relieve joint tenderness in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Although pain relief is often slight, it may be enough to reduce the need for anti-inflammatory medications.
